Biography:
PH Groove a dance producer was also known as a House music producer by his real name Peter Hecher started djing in the early 90's. Shortly after became a regular playing at many afterhours and raves in his hometown of Calgary, Canada. A few years later his interests got into producing and after purchasing a sampler, a few synthesizers and some gear later his first release was signed to the legendary Stickman's sub-label Aquarius Records. For the next few years Peter was recording for various labels in Canada and the US such as Afterhours, Nordic Trax, Large/Vista, Penetrate, Tweekin. Eventually startin his own label imprint Tonite Records Peter has really focused on exposing his love for the Electro Funk, Disco and Italo/Hi-Nrg sound being used in modern dance music or shall we say Nu-Disco. Peter also produces Filtered Disco House under his moniker Funky Instruments.
