Biography:
Luca ‘DJ Rocca’ Roccatagliati is a producer and musician. He started to produce in late 90s doin some drum&bass and breakbeat singles as Maffia Soundsystem from the same name club in Italy. DJ Rocca collaborated with Howie B, Pressure Drop, Zed Bias, Dimitri From Paris, Daniele Baldelli and Jazzanova producing singles, remixes and albums on some of the best european labels as Sonar Kollektiv, Hospital, Compost, Classic, Rekids, Mantra Vibes, Hell Yeah, Rebirth, Hooji Choons, Musik Krause, Deep Freeze, Crammed Disc, International Feel. His productions are mainly house to nu disco, dirty house, Italo and balearic, with his projects Ajello, Supersonic Lovers e Crimea X he remixed Oliver Koletzki, Luke Solomon, Blaze, Isolee, Pete Herbert, Bjorn Torske, Chris Coco, Dimitri From Paris. During 2010, with the project DJ Rocca and 5th Suite, he reached the top position in the Brazilian charts with the huge track “Party Bobba”. Now DJ Rocca join forces with legendary Dimitri From Paris for theyr new electro disco act Erodiscotique, with a huge release on Gomma records, and a track already included in the Playboy Mansion compilation released by Defected records and mixed by DFP and Bob Sinclar. Another collaboration is with another great seminal DJ: in fact Dj Rocca and Daniele Baldelli have signed for an album on UK label Nang, with a 12” already released called “Space Scribble”His DJ set are pure eclectism for the dancefloor, and he played in lots of european clubs in London, in Oslo, Bruxelles, Berlin, Vienna, Zurich, Bern, Helsinki, Munich, Nurnberg, Turkey and Brazil as well.
